Heavy Duty Slam Ball

A slam ball is non bouncing workout ball which has a harder shell made of a tough rubber, so it can handle a high-velocity impact against a rubber surface.

The Again Faster Slam balls have a vast weight range, from 3kg – 30kg.

This diversity ensures that athletes of a variety of levels will be able to choose a weight to suit their individual needs for any workout.

Movements using this equipment include slam balls, a heavier alternative for a wallball, overhead single arm carries (safe stability work), and seated slam balls (excellent for clients who have a knee / leg injury). It can also be used for clients who are being introduced to dead ball hug walks.
