Yoga King Foam Wedge
The tapered edge of the foam wedge can be useful while performing asanas, such as Paschimottanasana (Seated forward bend).
By placing the wedge just under the sitting bones, and tilting the pelvis forward, the practitioner will be able to execute the asana correctly. The wedge can be removed once they become more flexible. They can also be sawn in half easily (with a wood-saw or a sturdy bread knife) to make the 2-foot sized wedges that are ideal for the downward dog pose.
